Welcome to Higher Power. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Higher Power mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Moonova Labs Limited trading as Higher Power ("we," "our," or "us").

Higher Power is a spiritual guidance application that provides personalized pathways combining Biblical wisdom, personal prayers, daily practices, and real stories from faith-driven leaders. The Service is available through iOS, Android, and web platforms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@higherpowerapp.com.
We offer the following paid subscription plans:
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price. You can cancel through your Apple App Store account, Google Play account, or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will notify you of price changes in advance.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("Your Content"), including pathway contexts, journal entries, and saved pathways.
By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including all pathways, text, displays, images, and design) are owned by Moonova Labs Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Higher Power" and all related logos and service marks are trademarks of Moonova Labs Limited. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
The Service provides spiritual guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
